	The Shop will be closed May 16th - May 19th we will be at the Leather Crafter’s Show in Sheridan, WY


	You can call us Toll Free at 1-800-863-6405 May 20 - Sept. we are open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Tues.-Sat. and Oct.-May 19 we are open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Mon.-Fri. When needed we will make appointments for evenings, Saturdays (winter) & Mondays (summer). Sometimes we are away doing custom saddle fittings or saddle fitting clinics. You are welcome to try us anytime including evenings, if we are available we are happy to help you. For your convenience we have a fax machine (970-264-5158) and an answering machine available 24 hours a day 7 days a week where you can leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible, be sure and leave your phone number in case we have any questions. 	Mail Credit Card Information: Print this order form and mail or fax it to: Out West Saddlery, LLC PO Box 105 Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 (Mailing Address) 1-970-264-5158 (FAX). Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm product availability, **shipping charges, and the total amount you will be charged. OR

		Personal check, Cashiers Check or Money Order: Please e-mail or call in your order first so we can give you a total. If you send a personal check it has to clear our bank before we can ship. OR

			PayPal Orders: Let us know by phone, fax or e-mail what you would like along with your address and PayPal e-mail address and we send you an invoice through PayPal.

				Most orders will be shipped by UPS, Priority Mail Insured also available. Through UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select service available on items in stock.


	Shipping Charges We charge what ever it costs us plus $2.00 for handling **Because we keep our shipping cost to you as low as possible back orders and exchanges will be charged for shipping.


		RETURN POLICY -Returns are subject to approval, you must call us first before shipping! -Items must be in new resalable condition! -Since we don’t mark up our shipping charges we can’t refund shipping charges and we have to charge for shipping exchanges!
