Sometimes we are away doing custom saddle fittings or saddle fitting clinics. You are welcome to try us anytime including evenings, if we are available we are happy to help you. Most orders will be shipped by UPS. Priority Mail Insured also available. Through UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select service available on items in stock. For foreign orders we mostly ship Express International Insured, other options available.
